SHIPPING --

EBOOKS -- All eBooks are downloadable.  If you are a new customer or you choose not to register, we will check your first order during business hours and then send you your download link(s) manually.  This stops automated credit card theft to protect our customers.  Once  you are a registered customer, after your first manually processed order you will receive your download emails automatically immediately after payment.

T-SHIRTS -- All Tshirts are shipped Fed-Ex Ground -- US shipping only.  We don't ship outside the US, sorry.  Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

RETURNS --

T-SHIRTS -- Tshirts are 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.  All items must be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange.  Packages must be sent either Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS Priority or Express Mail and they must be insured.   NO CASH REFUNDS.  All refunds will be issued back through the original form of payment.

EBOOKS -- ALL SALES ARE FINAL because it's impossible to guarantee that an eBook hasn't been copied for future use.  You are legally permitted to copy your download onto one CD or one floppy for your own personal use.  We don't replace eBooks if your hard drive crashes. It's up to you to protect your eBook purchase by making your back up copy.  Also, we don't exchange eBooks previously purchased in one format with another format so please make your purchase(s) carefully.
